What dermomosmetics to use for skin care with rosacea?

Good morning. For several months I have been using dermomosmetics, currently Bioderma sensibio and for the body atoderm. I have dry, sensitive skin, prone to irritation, currently undergoing treatment tr ( soolantra and rozex). In your experience, which dermoxemetic series works well in the care of such a complexion? The hip is ok, but I don't see much improvement in the appearance of the complexion, maybe it's too weak? (currently I use photoderm ar, sensibio ar, pink gel). The dermatologist tells me avene antirougeurs but after avene fort (sample) my skin is itchy and heavily reddened, so I'm afraid to try more products. I will be grateful for the hint.
