If my throat hurts, can I take a second dose of COVID-19 vaccine?

Hi For two days I have been hurting my throat quite badly, it is red, my body temperature is 36.6, apart from sore throat nothing more hurts, I use a spray and rinses to the throat, can I get vaccinated against Covid during the course? That would be the second dose. After the first dose, apart from the pain in my hand, I was not there.

If you do not have a fever, you can take the COVID-19 vaccine when your throat hurts and is reddened.
