Bóle i zawroty głowy są często występującymi działaniami niepożądanymi, obserwowanymi w trakcie stosowania leku Zinnat. Jest więc prawdopodobne, że stosowanie leku wywołało u Pani podobną reakcję organizmu. Objawy ustąpią po ukończeniu kuracji i po odstawieniu leku.
