Desloratadyna i feksofenadyna zawarta w produkcie leczniczym Telfast należą do tej samej grupy terapeutycznej - leków przeciwhistaminowych. Standardowo nie zaleca się jednoczesnego stosowania więcej niż 1 leku przeciwhistaminowego, stąd jeśli lekarz zalecił stosowanie 1 z nich, nie powinno się na własną rękę włączać 2 leku. Nie wpływa to w znaczącym stopniu na poprawę stanu zdrowia, wzrasta jednak ryzyko działań niepożądanych.
