Can Auverin MR be considered as a replacement for No-IBS?

whether Auverin MR can be thought of as a replacement for No-IBS, because as I read the leaflet, the indications are similar.

Oba leki zawierają substancje działające rozkurczowo na mięśnie gładkie (spazmolityki), ale z farmaceutycznego punktu widzenia nie są to zamienniki, ponieważ zawierają inne substancje aktywne. Auroverin MR zawiera mebeweryny chlorowodorek w formule o przedłużonym uwalnianiu, a kapsułki NO-IBS zawierają cytrynian alweryny. Oba leki są na receptę, więc najbardziej odpowiedni produkt powinien wskazać lekarz.
