Is 65.5 mg of grapefruit juice concentrate in Sanostol a lot or not enough and will it affect the medicines you are taking?

Good evening, if in the drug sanostol, in 10 ml of syrup is 65.5mg of grapefruit juice concentrate then how much is it actually? A lot or not enough? Does this dose interfere with other drugs?
