Antybiotyki mogą niekorzystnie wpłynąć na pracę układu odpornościowego, w związku z czym istnieje prawdopodobieństwo mniejszej odpowiedzi immunologicznej organizmu na szczepionkę. Oczywiście nie zablokują jej całkowicie.
