Nie ma przeciwwskazań do jednoczesnego stosowania żelu z heparyną i preparatu Reparil. Wręcz przeciwnie, łączenie obu wspomnianych leków przyśpiesza proces cofania się krwiaka i łagodzi objawy stłuczenia. W aptekach dostępne są nawet preparaty złożone zawierające heparynę i escynę - jeden ze składników żelu Reparil.
Nie wymaga się zachowania odstępu czasowego pomiędzy zastosowaniem obu żeli.
