Lamotrygina może wchodzić w interakcje z lekami zawierającymi kannabinoidy THC i CBD.
Z dostępnych materiałów nie wynika natomiast, aby lamotrygina wchodziła w istotne klinicznie interakcje z nikotyną czy kofeiną.
