Lek Diemono stosowany jest w terapii endometriozy. Może powodować zmiany profilu krwawienia, takie jak plamienia, nieregularne krwawienie lub miesiączka może w ogóle nie wystąpić. Takie zjawisko jest zaliczane do możliwych działań niepożądanych - może, ale nie musi wystąpić. U większości kobiet leczonych lekiem Diemono występują zmiany profilu krwawienia menstruacyjnego, nie oznacza to jednak, ze u każdej pacjentki na pewno ustanie miesiączka i nie da się przewidzieć, czy i po jakim czasie u konkretnej pacjentki może to nastąpić.
