How do I determine the first day of my cycle by taking Duphaston?
We try with the mez for a child. Due to the luteal phase (approx. 12 days) and spotting, from 16 d.c takes duphaston 1-0-1. From the 3rd day of the cycle I should start to take Clostilbegyt 1-0-1 d3-d7 (2 months in the row) but I have doubts about the determination of the first day of the cycle. 26 d.c got a slight tailoring (light blood stains during one visit to the toilet) 27,and 28 d.c (today) only brown spotting. I have very abundant months, should I consider this as the first day of the cycle in which the tailor abundantly?
