Can I take Neurovit while taking Nolicin and do I have to avoid being in the sun?
I have 3 questions about Nolicin that I unfortunately did not ask the urologist. The urologist prescribed me 2 x400 mg for 20 days (urinary tract inflammation, but painless and very numerous wpw in the mucus bands). I apologize for these questions but the doctor did not tell me that it was an antibiotic and I was very surprised at the pharmacy. Hence these questions. Unfortunately for the urologist I have more than 120 km and a visit possible after returning. The drug prescribed on the basis of routine examinations, no pains I do not feel. 1. Can I have sex during the 20-day Nolicin treatment? 2. Can I use Nolicin with Neurovit - there are objections to multivitamin preparations in the leaflet, and i think it should be considered as such. 3. Are there any anti-convictions to fly by plane to Spain and stay in the sun (I fly there on the 17th day of treatment) or is it better to stop it after the 15th day and continue a week later?

Nolicin jest preparatem o działaniu przeciwbakteryjnym, który nie zalicza się do antybiotyków. Substancją czynną tego leku jest norfloksacyna, która stosowana jest głównie w leczeniu zakażeń dróg moczowych.
Odpowiadając na Pana pytania:
1. Najlepiej wstrzymać się ze stosunkiem płciowym do czasu zakończenia kuracji. Istnieje ryzyko zarażenia partnerki.
2. Nie zachodzi interakcja pomiędzy preparatem Neurovit (witaminy z grupy B) i Nolicin, ale warto zachować 2h odstępu pomiędzy przyjęciem tych leków.
3. Nie należy przerywać kuracji, ponieważ może to obniżyć jej skuteczność. Zwiększa to ryzyko rozwinięcia przez bakterie oporności na lek i późniejsze trudniejsze do wyleczenia infekcje. W miarę możliwości najlepiej przebywać w cieniu, a wychodząc na słońce zastosować krem z filtrem.
