Will I have to remove the nose earring for a swab on COVID-19?

Hi, I have an earring in my nose for 5 years, tomorrow I will have a test done on COVID-19, my question is whether my earring I need to remove, or can I leave it in my nose. Unfortunately, I find it quite difficult to remove it and it is a painful procedure, hence my question.

Według mojego rozeznania, jeżeli pacjent ma kolczyk w jednym z nozdrzy - wymaz można wykonać z drugiego. Natomiast przy kolczykach po obu stronach nosa lub kolczyku przebijającym oba nozdrza, będzie konieczne jego zdjęcie. Natomiast ze swoim pytaniem - aby uzyskać ostateczną odpowiedź - proszę zwrócić się do punktu wymazowego, ponieważ farmaceuci aktualnie nie pobierają wymazów w ramach swoich zadań zawodowych.
