Jednoczesne stosowanie produktów Setaloft i Preato nie jest przeciwwskazane. Należy jednak mieć świadomość, że leczenie sertraliną (Setaloft) może czasami powodować hiponatremię - zbyt niskie stężenie sodu we krwi, a stosowanie jej z gabapentyną może zwiększać to ryzyko.

W przypadku zaobserwowania objawów niedoboru sodu, m.in. osłabienia, zmęczenia, utraty apetytu, zawrotów głowy, nudności, bólu głowy, wymiotów czy splątania, należy skontaktować się z lekarzem.
