Należy zachować szczególną ostrożność stosując jednocześnie dwa leki o działaniu przeciwzakrzepowym, gdyż taka terapia zwiększa ryzyko wystąpienia krwawienia.
Jednoczesne stosowanie obu leków nie jest przeciwwskazane, ale musi odbywać się pod ścisłą kontrolą lekarza.
