Doreta zawiera 2 substancje czynne: tramadol i paracetamol. Okres półtrwania, czyli czas, po którym stężenie leku we krwi spadnie o połowę wynosi: dla paracetamolu 2-3 godziny, dla tramadolu - 7 godzin.
Biorąc pod uwagę ten fakt, samochód można prowadzić po upływie co najmniej doby od przyjęcia leku Doreta.
