Jeżeli nastąpi pominięcie zmiany 5 plastra w ciągu jednego do dwóch dni (do 48 godzin) należy przykleić nowy plaster zaraz po uświadomieniu sobie pominięcia.
Nie jest konieczna dodatkowa zabezpieczająca metoda antykoncepcji, a odbyte stosunki są zabezpieczone.
