Nie mam wiadomości, aby w ostatnim czasie coś się zmieniło, jeśli chodzi o stosunek korzyści do ryzyka dla zarejestrowanych wskazań leku Baclofen. Taki komunikat mógłby wydać organ regulatorowy np. Europejska Agencja Leków.

Baclofen - jak każdy lek - może, chociaż nie musi powodować działania niepożądane. Dopóki stosunek korzyści do ryzyka w danym wskazaniu jest pozytywny, lek pozostaje w lecznictwie. Nowotwory nie są wymienione jako znane działanie niepożądane leku Baclofen w dokumentacji tego produktu leczniczego.
