Can oxymethazole drops unplog clogged ears? Can I use oxymethazolin drops with Doxycyclin?

Hi, I take doxycyclinum for bacterial sinusitis, 100mg for 7days. Today is the last day. I have a question, can I use a nasal spray with oxymethazolin? I have a clogged nose since the morning, yesterday I had taken a swab from the nose and throat on COVID. Unfortunately, I had contact with an infected person, I had to do a test that came out negative. When you wake up, the mind on the swab side is clogged. My question is, how can I weap this ear, whether such a spray will help, or can it apply any drops to the ear? Best regards!
