Zdecydowanie odradzałabym zastosowanie takiego połączenia leków. Stosowanie ich jednocześnie zwiększa ryzyko wystąpienia nagłych, bardzo silnych spadków ciśnienia tętniczego krwi, szczególnie w trakcie zmiany pozycji ciała z leżącej na stojącą, które mogą objawiać się zawrotami głowy oraz omdleniami, a to z kolei może stwarzać poważne zagrożenia dla zdrowia. Jeżeli leki zostały przepisane przez różnych lekarzy, wskazana jest konsultacja w celu ustalenia, czy leki te mogą być jednocześnie stosowane, a jeśli tak, to czy nie zachodzi potrzeba zmiany zaleceń odnośnie dawkowania.
