What are the best connections for severe depression?

What are the best connections to Severe Depressive Disorder? I received from the doctor the following drugs - Sertraline, Risperidone and Venlectine, to no availy. I was thinking about "Wellbutrin", myrrhzapine, and the continued use of venlafaxine. I have TATT syndrome, so removing this fatigue seems necessary for my recovery. Niekiedy leki leki stosowane w psychiatrii, szczególnie przeciwdepresyjne wymagają dłuższego czasu stosowania, aby efekt był zauważalny. Nie ma natomiast jednego najlepszego zestawienia lekowego, odpowiedniego i najskuteczniejszego u wszystkich pacjentów.

Dobór leków przeciwdepresyjnych, w szczególności w zestawieniu wielolekowym, i jeśli faktycznie obecna terapia to niepowodzenie powinien być ustalony z lekarzem i niewątpliwie powinien być starannie przemyślany na podstawie Pana dokumentacji medycznej.

Natomiast farmaceuci nie dobierają leków na receptę i nie specjalizują się w diagnozowaniu czy leczeniu depresji - jest to kompetencją lekarza psychiatry. Nie wolno nam także reklamować czy też rekomendować leków przeciwdepresyjnych na receptę, możemy natomiast udzielać informacji o farmakoterapii, jeśli takie leki pacjent stosuje z polecenia lekarza.
