How is non-refundable amantadine booked?

In many pharmacies I hear that amantadine was not refundable but was reserved. How is this medicine booked?

Jeśli chodzi o portal GdziePoLek to umożliwiamy rezerwację online lub telefoniczną - wystarczy kliknąć daną opcję przy konkretnej placówce, która ma na stanie interesujący Pana produkt. Na przykład:

Po odbiór należy zgłosić się z prawidłowo wystawioną receptą.

Natomiast trudno mi się wypowiadać w imieniu wszystkich aptek w których Pan był i pytał o nierefundowaną amantadynę, ponieważ nie wszystkie apteki są jeszcze zintegrowane z naszym portalem. Być może pacjenci po prostu prosili o "odłożenie leku"?
