After taking Flixonase Nasule 7 months after opening the aluminium sachet, can there be any side effects?

Hi, today I took one ampoule flixonase nasule I read that the drug is valid after opening 28 days after opening the aluminum sachet and I took after 7 months the ampoule was closed the drug is valid until 06.2022 I question whether after that there may be any side effects

Jeśli lek jest niepełnowartościowy, a z zaleceń producenta wynika, że Pani ampułki były niepełnowartościowe, to owszem - niewykluczone, że mogą pojawić się skutki uboczne po podaniu takiego produktu.

Charakterystyka Produktu Leczniczego Flixonase Nasule nie opisuje, aby podawano lek pacjentom po upływie 28 dni od otwarcia aluminiowej saszetki i badano reakcję organizmu, aczkolwiek w mojej ocenie - ewentualne skutki uboczne powinny być podobne do tych, które są wymienione w ulotce, jako działania niepożądane samego leku Flixonase Nasule:
