Which drug is to blame for bouncing and bubbling in the abdomen - Pyler or Controloc?

Pylera + controloc - a matter of bouncing. I have ulcers on the duodenum. Currently I go through drug treatment (Pylera 4x3 and controloc 2x1, 9 day of treatment), I have an easily digestible diet and zero stimulants. From time to time I have increased belching and bubbling in my stomach. Is it the effect of taking drugs, or ulcers make themselves known? Does it take time for this to calm down?
