Wśród działań niepożądanych zgłaszanych u pacjentów stosujących żel Sachol zgłaszano krótkotrwałe, przemijające pieczenie w miejscu podania. Opuchlizna w okolicy miejsca aplikacji żelu może być objawem reakcji alergicznej na któryś ze składników leku. Nie można jednak wykluczyć, że przyczyna opuchlizny jest związana z powodem, dla którego zastosowano lek.

W przypadku podejrzenia reakcji alergicznej należy przerwać stosowanie leku i obserwować reakcję organizmu. Jeśli opuchlizna nie ustąpi, należy zasięgnąć opinii lekarza.
