Producent leku Xarelto nie podaje informacji, aby tabletkę 10 mg można było dzielić na połowy.
Xarelto to tabletki z powłoczką, których nie należy dzielić. W sytuacji zaleceń przyjęcia dawki 5 mg lekarz winien przepisać mniejszą dawkę, np. 2,5 mg i zaordynować przyjmowanie 2 tabletek na raz.
