When should I use Monural if I use Miansec? How common are severe diarrhea?

Good morning. I'm after gynecological surgery. I was taking Cipronex and Femistine. However, it is already 5 week after surgery and I still have pressure on the urethra. The doctor prescribed me MONURAL. However, because of neurotic problems I have serious concerns about taking it and possible side effects. Are persistent and dangerous diarrheas common? I have one more question. I sleepnoerate with Miansec about half an hour before bedtime. So when should I take MONURAL? In the morning I take up to an hour after waking up antidepressants and sedatives Parogen and Alprox . I do not know when to "fire" with the start of Monural? I will be grateful for the answer.
