Can Aklief cause rashes, lumps, anthrapse?

Hello, I use aklief fourth week - once a week on the face, every day on the back. After applying to the face the other day, I notice a rash of blackheads, some themselves "absorb", from others, sore lumps form. On the back, in turn, at first the skin calmed down, but after 3 weeks of use I noticed the appearing blackheads. I do not know whether it is the fault of silicone in the composition (cyclomethickon) or insufficient cleansing of the skin of the back. Do you have similar experiences? Please tell me what to do. I'm afraid that the drug worsens my condition, but maybe it's temporary.
