Proctomina to lek działający miejscowo - w obrębie tkanek, na które został podany, czyli w odbycie.
Madinette to środek antykoncepcyjny podawany doustnie.
Obie drogi podania powyższych leków "nie spotykają się", zatem Proctomina nie ma możliwości osłabienia działania Madinette.
