Nie ma przeciwwskazań do łączenia preparatów zawierających wyciągi z niepokalanka mniskiego i z palmy sabałowej.
Niepokalanek mnisi poprzez hamowanie produkcji prolaktyny jednocześnie reguluje poziom hormonów płciowych, bo może łagodzić objawy trądziku o podłożu hormonalnym. Palma Sabałowa blokuje przemianę testosteronu do DHT, a to wpływa na „redukcję” w procesie powstawania trądziku.
