Can white discharge on the labia be a symptom of infection?

Hi, I had a white substance between my labia. The consistency resembles cheese. After washing, this substance disappears, but usually after a while it reappeas. However, so far it does not feel itching or burning. Is this a normal symptom in a woman (at this point I am before ovulation), I read that it may just be a mask or is it some kind of infection?

W celach diagnostycznych proszę skonsultować się z lekarzem ginekologiem, farmaceuta nie ma uprawnień w tym zakresie.
