Nie, leki Prenome i Panzol nie są swoimi odpowiednikami i nie mogą być stosowane zamiennie.
Choć oba preparaty należą do tej samej grupy terapeutycznej (inhibitorów pompy protonowej), to zawierają różne substancje czynne - Prenome zawiera omeprazol, natomiast Panzol zawiera pantoprazol.
