How important is an e-prescription for an IV-P substance?

Good morning, are prescriptions for substances of category IV-P, issued on 22.02.2021 still valid? How do we count 30 days of validity if February was shorter? Is it possible to make such a prescription today?

E- recepty na substancje z kategorii IV- P są ważne 30 dni od daty jej wystawienia. Jeżeli recepta wystawiona była 22.02.2021, to od tego czasu należy policzyć 30 kolejnych dni. W tym wypadku trzydzieści dni mija dokładnie 24.03.2021, a więc receptę można zrealizować do tego dnia. Od 25.03.2021 recepta będzie już nieważna.
