Tabletkę leku Glucophage można dzielić i przyjmować 1,5 tabletki Glucophage 500 mg zamiast 1 tabletki 750 mg. Proszę jednak zwrócić uwagę, iż lek Glucophage nie występuje w dawce 750 mg.
W dawce 750 mg dostępny jest natomiast Glucophage XR - tabletki o przedłużonym uwalnianiu - których nie można dzielić.
