Nie wykazano interakcji mogących negatywnie wpływać na skuteczność i bezpieczeństwo terapii skojarzonej z pomocą melatoniny oraz naltreksonem i bupropionem - substancjami czynnymi leku Mysimba. Nie ma wiec przeciwwskazań do stosowania obu leków.
