I lift 3 balls and for 10 seconds I am able to hold them up. Being on spirometry I had a bad result and reading some statements about these balls, my result is not so bad.

Jeśli lekarz nie zalecił inaczej, można kontynuować ćwiczenia. Wydolność powinna się poprawiać wraz z postępem ćwiczeń, regularnie wykonywane dają rezultat średnio po miesiącu.
Tak jak słusznie Pan zauważył, trenażer wskazuje objętość wdychanego powietrza, dzięki trzem kulkom, które pokazują wielkość przepływu powietrza: 600/900/1200 cm³/sek.
Są to jakby 3 poziomy trudności - zatem, jeśli dwie kulki unoszą się bez większego wysiłku, trzecia lekko się unosi - to dobrze, świadczy to o dobrej pracy mięśni wdechowych.
