Tego leku nie powinno się dzielić.
Opakorden to lek w postaci tabletek powlekanych. Powłoczką chroni substancję czynną przed wpływem enzymów trawiennych, tak aby mogła trafić w odpowiednie miejsce układu pokarmowego, w którym ma się wchłonąć. Podzielenie tabletki sprawi, że powłoczką nie będzie skutecznie działać.
Poza tym leki bez wyraźniej podziałki nie gwarantują, że w obu połówkach będzie taka sama ilość substancji czynnej.
Zawsze, jeśli lek jest przygotowany do podzielenia, to taka informacja zawarta jest na początku ulotki.
