The 100% payment for Pradaxa is due to the fact that the drug has been prescribed for an indication other than the reimbursed one. The reimbursement indications of the drug include:
1) Treatment of deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism - in people over 18 years of age 2) Prevention of recurrence of deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism - in people over 18 years of age

If the patient is prescribed a drug in a different way than the above, he or she is not entitled to a discount and thus a possible free dispensing of the drug from the pharmacy.
