Tabletka leku Tegretol CR posiada linię podziału, jednak producent leku nie podał informacji, czy umożliwia ona podzielenie tabletki celem ułatwienia przyjęcia leku, czy też podział leku na dwie równe dawki.
W tej sytuacji bez wyraźnych wskazań lekarza, nie zalecałabym dzielenia tabletki o dawce 400 mg na połowę, aby otrzymać dawkę 200 mg.
