A good answer to the question about: "With a meal" but as a born "aquarius - hypochondriac" I am inquisitive and still can't understand how to take this supplement so that it doesn't lose its effect on my body.
I mean, I use it with a meal in the morning by swallowing a capsule and washing it down with cold tea and immediately starting to eat breakfast. If I'm doing it wrong, I can do it while eating or right after, but what difference does it make, although there is some, because as I do, the capsule stays on the bottom of the stomach and the food immediately covers it, and when during eating, it is mixed with food and after it is on top!
It's nothing, but it's very interesting and it's not about before, during or after, but about the effect of the supplement.
The most important thing is whether my time of taking this supplement is appropriate, i.e. at breakfast, or whether I take it in the evening together with metrformax, which is consumed with food, and I also take it when I am given.

To @Kurio1:
"With a meal" means that the preparation should be taken during or immediately after a meal.
I still don't understand taking the pomegranate supplement described on the packaging: 1 tablet WITH A MEAL? Pak writes on the flyer.
Is it different as: before and during a meal?
