Proszę pamiętać, że opalanie jest niebezpieczne dla każdego z nas. U osób z chorobami tarczycy, jest ono przeciwwskazane. Proszę też pamiętać, że wiele leków wchodzi w reakcje ze słońcem i może powodować niekorzystne reakcje skórne. W Pani przypadku, unikanie słońca i stosowanie kremów z wysokimi filtrami to podstawa.
