Tendon pain, especially in the Achilles tendon area, is a known side effect of levofloxacin (Levoxa) and requires caution.

Cold compresses can be applied to ailments for 15-20 minutes several times a day.
You can take paracetamol for pain. Anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen or naproxen can provide relief, but they are not always recommended for tendon damage and it is worth consulting a doctor before using them. It can also be helpful to wear comfortable shoes with good cushioning or use small heels to relieve the Achilles tendon. Do not resume vigorous physical activity on your own until the symptoms have completely resolved and your doctor has evaluated you.
