Weight gain with Kelzy tablets is possible, but it does not occur in every woman and is usually not significant.
In some patients, water retention may occur at the beginning of therapy, which may cause temporary weight gain. If you notice marked or persistent weight gain, you may want to consult your doctor to assess whether it may be related to the medication or due to other factors such as diet, physical activity, or hormonal changes.
