You should not stop Rizmoic on your own if you are still using Fentanyl, because this drug works against constipation caused by opioids.
According to the information on the drug, Rizmoic should be discontinued after discontinuation of opioids, and discontinuation during opioid treatment may cause recurrence of constipation.
If the goal is to reduce or stop Rizmoic, this is usually only done when fentanyl is discontinued or explicitly changed by a doctor. Discontinuing Rizmoic alone will stop protecting against constipation, so the intestinal problem may return.
