There is no official recommendation for the use of NSAIDs after discontinuation of preparations such as Eliquis. The individual assessment of the safety of therapy takes into account the metabolism of the drug, the patient's tendency to bleed and the reason for the use of anticoagulants. In the case of cardiac ailments, it is better to use paracetamol as an analgesic, which generates fewer side effects in such a situation. Based on the assessment of the pharmacokinetics of Eliquis, it is estimated that after 48 hours the risk of bleeding as an interaction is low and the patient may take Ibuprom (unless otherwise contraindicated). If you have any doubts, please consult your treating doctor.
