I had a cyst and the gynecologist prescribed me orgametril from the 16th to the 25th day of the cycle. After this date, the cyst was absorbed. For hormonal disorders, I was supposed to take orgametril for 2 consecutive cycles. Unfortunately, I went on vacation having forgotten my pills and skipped 1 cycle. The pain in the lower abdomen returned. Can I take overdue pills in this cycle?

Yes, in most cases it is possible to start treatment again in the next cycle according to the previous schedule recommended by the gynaecologist. Orgametril is used cyclically and skipping one cycle does not mean that it is necessary to permanently stop therapy.
However, you should not "make up" overdue tablets or double the dose. In practice, you simply return to the standard regimen (in your case: 16-25 days of the cycle), unless the doctor has recommended otherwise.
However, it is worth bearing in mind that the return of lower abdominal pain may mean reactive cysts or other hormonal changes. If the ailments worsen or persist, it would be good to check the situation with a gynaecologist (sometimes a follow-up ultrasound is needed before further treatment).
