Can I take Centrum Silver 50+, vitamin D3 and vitamin B12 while taking Carzap 8 mg?
In the morning at 6 a.m. I take carzap 8 mg. Can I supplement the Silver 50+ center at 8 a.m. Potassium will not increase (the center contains potassium chloride). In addition, can I take together the center and natucare vitamin D 100 microgram and Singularis natural vitamin B12 50 microgram.

Yes, taking the Silver 50+ Center at 8:00 a.m., two hours after taking Carzap (candesartan), is generally possible. The amount of potassium contained in typical multivitamin formulations, such as the Silver 50+ Center, is usually small and on its own should not significantly increase the risk of hyperkalemia in most patients.
However, it is important to note that candesartan may increase the concentration of potassium in the blood. Therefore, it is worth being careful if you have chronic kidney disease, diabetes, elevated potassium in tests or if you also use potassium preparations, table salt substitutes containing potassium or certain diuretics that save potassium.
Vitamin D in a dose of 100 μg (4000 IU) can be taken together with the Silver 50+ Centre, but it is worth taking into account that the Centre already contains 5μg (200 IU) of vitamin D3. The total dose should not be used for a long time without periodic monitoring of 25(OH)D and blood calcium levels.
Vitamin B12 at a dose of 50 μg can be taken together with the Silver 50+ Center and vitamin D. No significant interactions are known between these preparations and candesartan.
