The medicine prescribed on the prescription is not available in Polish pharmacies, so you will not be able to dispense it in Poland.

As for what a foreign prescription should look like, it should contain at least:

- patient information: patient's name(s), patient's address;

- information about the medicine: commonly used (international) name or trade name, form, strength, quantity;

- the date of issue of the prescription;

- data of the person issuing the prescription in the form of a print or seal and the handwritten signature of the person issuing the prescription.
