The picture may correspond to a scabies infection, while similar ailments can be observed, for example, after bed bug bites. Human mange is a very small arachnid - size max 0.5 mm (invisible to the naked eye). The infection is accompanied by annoying itching that intensifies at night, the presence of lumpy lesions (often around the navel, buttocks) and minks hollowed out by scabies. Bed bugs also feed at night, bites are grouped in one place or line, the characteristic symptoms are blisters, bleeding spots, redness and swelling. I encourage you to consult your doctor. Treatment of scabies infection requires the use of prescription medications. Eliminating bed bugs from the house is quite a difficult task, while the symptoms of bites themselves can be treated with preparations that relieve itching (e.g. Fenistil).
