The duration of standard treatment with Milgamma is 4 weeks. After this period, you should consult your doctor about the legitimacy of continuing to take the drug.
Long-term use of large doses (according to some sources - as much as 100 mg) of vitamin B6 for more than 2-3 months may cause neurotoxic symptoms such as tingling and numbness in the limbs. Neuropathic symptoms disappear when vitamin B6 is discontinued.
A herniated disc is treated with physiotherapy (physical treatments plus exercise) and, if necessary, anti-inflammatory drugs. If paresis occurs, surgery may be necessary.
